Apicards provides a payment gateway that transmits all payment data exclusively to the payment processor approved for your account, for authorization, settlement and storage. Apicards never receives, stores, retains or distributes full card numbers or other sensitive payment data. Transactions are handled by the approved processor under its own security standards. By using Apicards you acknowledge and agree that Apicards has no responsibility or liability for fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, data breaches or financial loss connected to payment information because Apicards does not control or possess such data at any stage. You accept full responsibility for your own system security and for complying with all laws and the requirements of your payment processor. Apicards may modify these terms at any time. Continued use confirms binding acceptance. These terms are governed by Florida law and all disputes are resolved exclusively in Palm Beach County courts.
