 Apicards provides a payment gateway that transmits all payment data exclusively to Worldpay for authorization, settlement and storage. Apicards never receives, stores, retains or distributes full card numbers or other sensitive payment data. All transactions use Worldpay tokenization. By using Apicards you acknowledge and agree that Apicards has no responsibility or liability for fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, data breaches or financial loss connected to payment information because Apicards does not control or possess such data at any stage. You accept full responsibility for your own system security and for complying with all laws and Worldpay requirements. Apicards may modify these terms at any time. Continued use confirms binding acceptance. These terms are governed by Florida law and all disputes are resolved exclusively in Palm Beach County courts.
