For QuickBooks Online users
Get paid through QuickBooks Online, without entering a payment twice.
Send your customer a payment link tied to their invoice. When they pay, the matching invoice in QuickBooks Online is marked paid. QuickBooks Online stays your books.

Sound familiar?
The invoice is in QuickBooks. The payment is somewhere else.
- Customers pay, and the invoice stays open until someone matches it
- Card payments sit in undeposited funds
- Deposits arrive and nobody can tell which invoices they cover
- Payments get typed in twice, once in the processor and once in QuickBooks
- Month-end reports are wrong until someone fixes them by hand
These problems come from payments and invoices living in two places. They don't mean QuickBooks Online is wrong.
Can you fix it?
Yes. The payment updates the invoice it belongs to.

- Keep your invoices and your chart of accounts where they are
- Each payment is tied to the invoice number your customer sees
- Nothing to re-enter when the payment comes in
- One dashboard shows what is paid, pending and failed
No extra email
The payment link is already in your invoice email.
You send the invoice from QuickBooks Online the way you always do. The pay link sits inside that email. Nothing else goes out.
- One email, from QuickBooks Online, with the invoice summary and a Pay Online link
- The link opens the invoice number and amount due, ready to pay
- If a fee applies to card payments, the payment page shows it before the customer pays
Can I trust you?
Your customer's card goes to the processor, not to us.
Card data stays with the processor
Payment data goes to your payment processor for authorization and settlement. ApiCards never receives or stores full card numbers.
Approved before you process
Each business is reviewed and approved by its payment processor before it can take payments. Approval depends on factors such as business type and industry, so we can't promise it.
We are independent
ApiCards is an independent software vendor. No payment processor, bank or other entity owns it.
What happens next?
Four steps to your first payment link.

Questions
Straight answers.
Do I keep invoicing in QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Keep creating invoices in QuickBooks Online as you do now. Add a payment link when you send them to your customer.
What happens in QuickBooks Online when a customer pays?
The matching invoice is marked paid. You don't enter the payment again, so your books and your bank deposits stay in step.
Is this the same as QuickBooks Payments?
No. QuickBooks Payments is Intuit's own payment service. ApiCards is a separate company. It connects payment links to the invoices you already send in QuickBooks Online, and each business is matched with a payment processor that approves it.
Who does the setup?
We do. Once you're approved, our team handles the connection for you. If you'd rather watch or take part, we can do it with you in a remote session.
What do I need to start?
A QuickBooks Online company and a business that a payment processor approves. Start your inquiry at apicards.com/inquiry, or call 561-235-7580.
