All sensitive information is processed solely by Worldpay through secure tokenized methods. Apicards does not sell, license or share user information for marketing. Information may be disclosed only to meet legal obligations, enforce service terms or protect system security. By accessing or using Apicards you give informed and unconditional consent to this policy and acknowledge that payment data is handled only by Worldpay. Florida law governs and disputes are handled exclusively by courts in Palm Beach County.
