ApiCards

For property management companies

Send the balance, get it paid, and see the invoice close in QuickBooks Online.

Property managers bill owners and vendors every month. A payment link on the invoice means the payment and the invoice stay together.

Sound familiar?

Every month, the same balances. Every month, the same chase.

  • Balances stay open while someone calls for payment
  • Payments arrive and have to be matched to the right invoice
  • Owner and vendor ledgers drift from the bank
  • Your team reconciles at the end of the month instead of as payments arrive

Can you fix it?

Yes. Each payment closes the invoice it pays.

  • Send a payment link on the open invoice
  • The payer sees the invoice number and amount
  • The matching QuickBooks Online invoice is marked paid
  • Your dashboard shows what is paid and what is still open

Can I trust you?

Card data stays with the processor. Approval comes first.

No card numbers with us

ApiCards never receives or stores full card numbers. Payment data goes to your processor.

Reviewed before processing

Your processor reviews your business before you can take payments.

Independent of any bank

ApiCards is an independent software vendor. No processor, bank or other entity owns it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I send a link for an owner or vendor balance?

Yes, for invoices between businesses. Confirm your use case when you apply, so we can check it against your processor's rules.

Does this change how I keep owner ledgers?

No. Your QuickBooks Online setup stays the same. Paid invoices are marked paid, so the ledger matches the bank.

Can you promise approval for property management?

No. Processors review each business, including its type and risk. We tell you the decision before you start.
